He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Lujack and John Lujack. He is survived by: his sibling Irish; his children, Mary Lujack of Bettendorf and Jeff Lujack (Hilary) of Cupertino, California; his grandchildren, Amy Schiller (Dan), Sarah Johnson (Tait), Grant Pohlmann (Vania), Kevin and Dana Lujack; his great grandchildren, Charley, Josie, Julia Flanagan, Gracie, Drew Johnson and Louie; his close friend Crieghton Miller; his daughter Carol; and his wife Patricia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Johnny Lujack Scholarship at the University of Notre Dame, Department of Development, 1100 Grace Hall, Notre Dame, IN 46556.
