He was predeceased by: his parents, John D'Aquanno Sr. and Esther D'Aquanno (Petrucci). He is survived by: his wife Patricia D'Aquanno (Klock); his sons, John D'Aquanno III, Jeffrey D'Aquanno (Mimma) and Craig D'Aquanno (Christine); his grandchildren, Hannah, Gabriel, Andrew, Nathan and Julia D'Aquanno; and his sister Joan Silverstein. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of John.
