He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret (Forrester Campbell) and NJ. He is survived by: his wife Derbie; his sons, Doug, Chris (Whitney), Greg (Karyn) and David (Joanne); and his grandchildren, Kelly, Jack, Lisa, George, Megyn, Jim, Julia, Zach, Kennedy and Alyssa. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
