With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John L. Tellinghuisen of Naples, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

For John L. is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Tellinghuisen and Tilman Tellinghuisen of Bowdon, ND.; and his siblings, Barbara and Roger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee; his sons, Thomas (Odilia), Timothy (Melissa) and Theodore (Julie); and his grandchildren, Bella, Kathryn and Zachary.
