It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick Phelan (Naples, Florida), who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Patrick Phelan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christina Phelan and Patrick Benedict Phelan; and his brother Tony (Eithne) of Cork City. He is survived by: his son Timothy Edwin Phelan; his wife Judith Nolan Henderson; his daughter-in-law Aida; his granddaughters, Meaghan, Rebecca and Jennifer; and his siblings, Anne, Pat, Clare of Cork City and Frank (Pauline) of Dublin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (625 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108).
