He is survived by: his stepdaughter Stacey Toyne Berens (Keith Berens); his stepgrandchildren, Chloe and Bo Berens of Gulf Breeze; his sisters, Fran Burkhart (Ron Burkhart) of Cleveland and Anita Horine (Don Horine) of Lenexa, KS; his niece Jennifer Cairns (Sean Cairns) of Lenexa, KS; and his nephew Jason Horine (Jessica Horine) of Shawnee Ks. He is also survived by 5 great nieces, his family and friends.
