We announce the death of Judy C. Kabitsch of Naples, Florida, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 82. Judy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Judy will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Judy’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her sister Arveda Catron (late LeRoy Catron); and her parents, Arvid Ratliff and Dexter Ratliff (Bartley). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Derrick Tussey of Columbus, OH; and her siblings, Brady Ratliff (Glenda) of Naples, Shasta Rodenhauser (Eric) of Mainville, OH and Sharon Welch (late Dave Welch) of Bloomington, IN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
