He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavio Cruz and Maria Digma Osorio. He is survived by: his wife Lilliam Cruz of Naples; his daughter Jaslin Aubin; his son-in-law Steve Aubin of Shrewsbury, MA; his son Jemuel Cruz of Naples; and his siblings, Isabelle Cruz, Veterano Cruz, Amparo Cruz, Felicita Cruz and Gloria Cruz.
