Linda Horn McCarthy Obituary
We announce the death of Linda Horn McCarthy in Naples, Florida, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 83. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Bryan McCarthy; her brother Teddy Horn; and her brother-in-law William Foran. She is survived by: her husband Denis M. McCarthy; her children, Kerry McCarthy Adams (Gideon Adams) and Kevin McCarthy; her grandchildren, Jacob McCarthy Adams, Elliot McCarthy Adams, Madeline McCarthy and Aoife McCarthy; her siblings, Joanne Foran and Bill Horn; and her sister-in-law Liz Horn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bower Chapel (142 Moorings Park Dr, Naples, FL 34105).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Avow Hospice Care (1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105-5028), who brought comfort to Linda and her family during her final stages of life.
