He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Chad (Mary), Tricia Williams (Scott) and Bridget Rosch (Terry); his stepdaughters, Dawn Havard (Glenn), CarolAnn Sciortino (Dan) and Kim Hammond; his son Gary Usyk; and his grandchildren, Noah, Owen, Kyle, Ali, Jakob, Amber, Tabitha, Daniel, Stephanie, Emily, Zachary, Melissa, Danny and Frank.
