She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Caroline Smith (Evans); and her husband George Douglas Hale (Doug) of Joseph's Hospital. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin C Hale (Marlene) of Naples and George Douglas Hale II (Jennifer) of Lake Geneva, WI; her grandchildren, Christopher Hale (Marissa), Carson Hale (Dani), Nash Hale, Teagan and Maisie; and her great grandchildren, Xavier and Chloe Hale.
