She is survived by: her close friend Perky; her sons, Michael S. Lewis, Sr. (Vickey) and William C. Lewis, Jr. (Selena); her grandchildren, Michael Lewis, Jr. (Melynda), Charles Lewis, Jennifer Keehn (Jimi) and William Lewis, III; and her great grandchild Margaret Elaine Lewis. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
