He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan S. Dunham and Helen L. Dunham (Steinbaker); and his granddaughter Jasmine T. Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Dunham (Sibson); his brothers, Daniel Dunham (Judie) of Morristown, NJ, Michael Dunham of Harlingen, TX and Bruce Dunham (Karen) of Houston, TX; and his granddaughters, Juliette and Loretta.
