“I had the pleasure of working with Mark since January 2015 as one of the vendors he dealt with working with the jail. I remember him as a very competent IT person. We spoke at times of personal things from our lives. The last two conversations we had he mentioned his son working in Richmond, VA very near to where I am. I believe that he and I had similar views on many things. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. I am missing him and I'm only someone he worked with in his job. My condolences.”
