She is survived by: her husband Sam Worley; her stepson Jason Worley (Bethany); her children, Jayden, Jackson and Reese; her sister-in-law Barbara Brummett; her aunt Mary Margaret Phelps; her cousins, Melanie McCool (Steve) and Bill Phelps; her godson Brandt McCool (Eve); Ali McCool.
