He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Welsh and Margaret A. Welsh (Clarke); and his brother Edward C. Welsh of Cheyenne, WY.. He is survived by: his former wife Anita F. Welsh; his sister Maura S. Welsh; his children, Michael S. (Theresa Brovak) and Christine M. Forester (Bruce); his grandchildren, Michael R. Welsh, Brooke E. Forester and Chase M. Forester; his pets, Ginger, Tangee, Max, Winston and Buddy; Anita F. Welsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and good friends.
