He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Green and Marion "Joyce" O'Green; and his sister Debbie Eggleston. He is survived by: his children, Misty O'Green, Amber O'Green, Krystle Wilson (Alan) and Taylor O'Green; his grandchildren, Trey Wilson, Lane Fischer, Paislee O'Green and Gracie Wilson; his sister Kelly Iantosca (Carlo); and his brother-in-law Tom Eggleston. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
