She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell A. Bishop and Matilda Arbatowicz Bishop; and her husband Raymond E. Mills. She is survived by: her children, R. Russell Mills (Barbara), Deborah Dufty (David), Susan Felt (Robert), Thomas Mills (Holly), William Mills Carrie Mills (Sandra) and Robert B. Mills (Kate); her brother Russell C. Bishop; and her sister-in-law Carol Ann. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
