Nancy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Nancy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Nancy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holmwood and Helen Holmwood; her brother Bruce Holmwood; the father of her children Willard Nurnberger; and her boyfriend Jim Yoder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Nurnberger (Steve) and Wendy Evans (Doug); and her grandsons, Hunter and Brayden.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor Nancy's memory by taking a walk somewhere beautiful, sharing a laugh, spending time with those you love, spreading kindness, and making the most of every day. Memorial contributions may also be made in Nancy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Avow Hospice, or a hospice organization of your choice.
