She was predeceased by: her brothers, Charles Appleton and Keith Appleton. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Culp; her daughters, Kristin Clemenz (Sean) of Chicago, IL and Courtney Stapleton (Patrick) of Farmingdale, NJ; and her grandchildren, Kate, Hannah, William and Colleen.
