She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard A. Gass and Betty J. Dew. She is survived by: her husband William R. "Sonny" Gaines, Jr.; her daughter Stacy; and her former husband Scott Barnhart.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Copperleaf Golf Clubhouse (23101 Copperleaf Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL 34135).
