He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Mazzella and Maria Brigida Mazzella; and his sister Rosalie. He is survived by: his wife Stella Carbone; his children, Frank (Gina), Brigida Smith (Paul) and Anna Maria Dillenbeck (Mike); his grandchildren, Paul (Pam), Megan Tiskevics (David), Elizabeth and Tonia; and his stepgrandchildren, Sean and Kassandra. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
