She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ben Mackey and Juanita Humphries Mackey. She is survived by: her children, Becky Jo Tuten, Jack Tuten and Mack Tuten; and her husband Maynard. She is also survived by four grandchildren.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers those donations be made to Avow Hospice of Naples, Florida.
