He was predeceased by: his wife Carol R. Musson Creviston of Akron, Ohio.. He is survived by: his daughter Jane Creviston Abend (Robert E. Abend); his grandson Christopher D. Abend (Krista Erickson); his great grandchild Richard Lancaster Abend; his grandchildren, Charles R. Abend and Caroline Fraser Abend; his son John R. Creviston (Ann Ladd Creviston); his grandchildren, Shawn M. Creviston (Allison Labry Creviston) and Kimberly Ann Creviston McDonald (Olin McDonald); and his great grandchildren, Stella Bernice McDonald and Boden John McDonald.
