He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Sr. Mulvey and Edith M. Mulvey; his wife Ann Marshall Mulvey; and his siblings, Lucille, Leo J. Mulvey, Jr., William H. Mulvey Sr., John B. Mulvey and Francis J. Mulvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
