He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Boyd and Robert Boyd; and his brother David. He is survived by: his significant other Marie Boyd (Marangia); his sons, Robert L Boyd (Wendy) and Richard S. Boyd (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Nicole, Harrison, Rebecca and Rick (Richard).
