He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Murphy Fletcher; his sister Allison Fletcher Baker (Ed); his niece Kendall Baker Westbrook (Justin); his half-siblings, Kerry Fletcher (Jean), Mark Fletcher (Tonya) and Janice Philpot; and his former wife Calley Fletcher.
