He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Hagan. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Patricia Van Loon, Robert Hagan, Jr., Maureen Hagan and Matthew Hagan; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Reers and Cindy Vargas; his children-in-law, Mark Van Loon, Douty Bamba Mamadou, Joseph Vargas and Meegan Hagan; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Van Loon, Vagnon Bamba, Michael Van Loon, Tyler Reers, Dillon Reers, Mafety Bamba, Vincent Vargas, Alpha Bamba, Anthony Vargas, Rylee Hagan and Rorie Hagan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Commack Abbey (96 Commack Rd, Commack, FL 11725). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Christ the King Church (2 Indian Head Rd, Commack, FL 11725). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Calverton National Cemetery.
