He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Patricia Van Loon, Robert Hagan, Jr., Maureen Hagan and Matthew Hagan; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Reers and Cindy Vargas; his children-in-law, Mark Van Loon, Douty Bamba Mamadou, Joseph Vargas and Meegan Hagan; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Van Loon, Vagnon Bamba, Michael Van Loon, Tyler Reers, Dillon Reers, Mafety Bamba, Vincent Vargas, Alpha Bamba, Anthony Vargas, Rylee Hagan and Rorie Hagan.
