He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hetzel and Helen Hetzel; his brother Raymond; his daughter Catherine; his grandchildren, Michael and Rebecca; his brothers, Thomas and George; and his stepson Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Glowacki Hetzel; his children, Raymond, Robert Jr. (Kathleen), Charles (Kathleen), Timothy (Julie), Carol and Sandra (William); his grandchildren, Scott and Elizabeth; his brothers, David (Linda) and John (Sharon); and his caregiver Aymee Iser. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Naples Memorial Gardens (525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34120).
