He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, Ian (Becky) and Scott (Dru); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Finnegan and Vivienne; his cousin Nancy; his sister-in-law Robyn; his nephew David; and his nieces, Sara and Sharon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of Southwest Florida or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
