He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Piascik and Alexander Piascik; his wife Janice; and his daughter Kathleen. He is survived by: his children, Kimberley (Strawman), Robert R. Piascik (Theresa), James Piascik (Gayle), Pamela Murphy (Len) and Nancy Celesnik (Matt).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peter the Apostle Church (5130 Rattlesnake Hammock Rd, Naples, FL 34112).
