He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Weyers (Gravant); his son Joseph Weyers (Michael Turner); his sisters, Alice Evans (Robert), Frances Berardelli (Murph) and Kathleen Monahan (Mike); and his parents, William Weyers and Roxey Weyers (Grant).
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Field (Mark Matuszak); his grandchildren, Joshua Field (Samantha) and Chloe Field; his siblings, William Weyers (Joanne), Richard Weyers (Joanne), Judith Harding (James) and Joanne Dyjack (Gary); and his grandchildren, Josh and Samantha.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
