He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward Dulaney and Evelyn Ore Weaver Dulaney; and his wife Carroll Maxine Dulaney. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Sabrina Dulaney; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Janette, Jenene, Jeffrey, Jr., Rachel, Audrey and Austin; his daughter Serita Denise Brown; his son-in-law Bob; his grandchildren, Melissa, David, Randy, Kelli and Kristin; and his sisters, Rosaline Dulaney Kerns and Leora Evelyn Dulaney Wenrich. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery.
