She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fischer and Ruth Fischer (Thompson); her husband Donald M. Dugan; and her siblings, Daniel Fischer, Mary Catherine Baier (Jerry), Ruth Fischer and Susan Andrus.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Dugan (Christine Tracy Baker) of Naples, FL, Terrence Dugan (Kathleen Gaffney) of Naples, FL, Coleen Dugan (Brian Dugan) of Rochester, NY, Sheila Snyder (Daniel Dugan) of Naples, FL and Paul Dugan (Timothy Dugan) of Rochester, NY. She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
