She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Precht and Alice Precht (Strong); her husband S. Edward Merrill; her brothers, Carl Donald Precht and Gayle; and her sister-in-law Alta Merrill.
She is survived by: her son Keith; her daughter-in-law Claudia Merrill of Estero, Florida; her grandson Brian Merrill (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Kristin Balbach (Grant), Hillary Merrill and Thomas Merrill; her great great grandchildren, Harper Mae Balbach and Riley Virginia Balbach; and her great grandchild Sylvia Precht of Brookville, Indiana..
