Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ruth for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy. She is survived by: her husband Philip; her daughters, Heather and Robin; and her brother Arnold Rosenberg.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. (5509 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Ruth's honor would be appreciated to two organizations, Avow Hospice of SW Florida (They provided exceptional care and services to Ruth for over 2 years), or InRoads to Opportunities, who provides services to the population Ruth taught in the Westfield and surrounding community /http://www.inroadsto.org..
