He is survived by: his parents, Craig Smith and LeeAnn Smith of Naples; his sister Alexis Smith; his grandparents, Kenny and Carol Smith; his uncle Jim of Naples; his aunts, Gretchen Ashbacher of Naples and Christel Hutson of Kentucky; his close friend Christina Gonzalez of Naples; his grandparents, Mark and Irene Pocrnich of Effingham; and his uncles, Jason Smith, Marty Pocrnich and Andy Hutson. He is also survived by many relatives, including 15 1st cousins.
