It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sheldon Veil of Naples, Florida, born in East Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 98, on December 28, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Emma; his sister Shirlee Zavorak; his former wives, Nancy and Bonnie; and his son Mark Veil.

He is survived by: his wife Sally; his son Scott Veil (Lynne); his grandchildren, Dan (Megan), Brian (Chelsea), Morgan (Matt), Madison and Brison; his great grandchildren, Isla, Ben, Charlotte and Roman; his granddaughters, Clara and Amelia; his friends, Harbor Springs and Naples; Mike (Colleen), Mark (Pamela), Brent Mondry, Lydia, Sarah "Sadie", Lois, Charlotte and Max.
