We are sad to announce that, on November 20, 2022, at the age of 80, Shirley A. Martin of Naples, Florida, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Byrd and Mae McQueen Byrd; her siblings, Eugene Byrd, Wayne Byrd and Bonnie Byrd; and her nephew Jason Byrd.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Martin of Naples, Gregory Martin and Amy Italiano (Daniel) of Blue Ridge, GA.; her grandchildren, Joshua Higgins (Lindsay) of Naples, Matthew Martin (Ashley) of Naples, Elijah Higgins of Naples, Anna Italiano (Drew Dillard) of Blue Ridge, GA, John Italiano of Blue Ridge, GA, John Martin of Naples, Luke Italiano, Andrew Italiano, Jude Martin of Blue Ridge, GA and Kimberly Martin of Live Oak; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Henry Higgins and Aubrey Martin of Naples; her niece Susan Byrd DeVoe (Don); and her nephew Eugene Byrd (Tara). She is also survived by family members and friends.
