“This is to Stephen. I didn't know his family but I did take care of him 3 days a week for around 2 years while I lived in Naples. I returned to Boston in 2015 but kept in touch with him and wanted to donate one of my organs but found that my own health wouldn't allow it. I would have done it in a New York second for we lost a wonderful, beautiful human being much too soon. I wish I had known of his passing for I would have liked to pay my respects to him. I miss our conversations and his wit as I am sure all of you do as well. I am sorry I did not have a chance to say good-bye, you left too soon. Love, Marilyn”
