He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leo and Margaret Dorothy Raby (O'Dwyer); and his brother John F. Raby. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Raby (Johnson); his children, Margaret E. Raby of Orlando, FL, Karen Monson (Andrew) of Orlando, FL and Thomas P. Raby, Jr. (Eva) of Vienna; his sister Kathleen Bartels (J. Gregory) of Orlando, FL; and his grandchildren, Andrew T. Monson, Christina E. Raby and Thomas P. Raby III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
