He is survived by: his wife Denise "Deni" (Leavitt) of Naples; his children, Shawn (Dana) and Keri Jacobson (Jack); his grandchild Kelly; his siblings, Michael Boyle (Beth) and Patricia; and his grandchildren, Mason, Madie, Jake, Drew, Emily, Will and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved cousins.
Memorials are preferred to Avow Hospice in Naples, Florida.
