Hayes (Denise) of Leesburg, Virginia, James T. Hayes of Oxon Hill, David M. Hayes (Christina) of Crofton, Lisa D. Hayes of Naples and Leslie J. Hayes of San Antonio, Texas.; and his nieces and nephews, Mira, Cali, Ellie, Christopher, Dallis and Ryder.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society and St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
