He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Cuellar and Victoria Cuellar (Martinez); his wife Lilia Garcia; and his brother Elias Cuellar. He is survived by : his children, Rebecca Elizabeth Berumen (Jose) of Lafayette, IN and Jose Hector Cuellar (Hannah) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Anthony E., Maximiliano J. and Ricardo V. Berumen.
