He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Vincent and Mary Charlotte Agnew (Ricker); his sons, Matthew Agnew and Arthur Agnew; his grandsons, Duncan Pucker and Raymond Agnew; and his sisters, Constance Schnurr and Mary Lamphier.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Agnew (Patricia), Kathleen Pucker (Lee), John Agnew and Julie Agnew (Mark Klahm); his grandchildren, Stephanie Agnew (Sean Dressler), Laurel Pucker and Vee Agnew; and his wife Katie. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
