He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Douglas and Janis Matos-Mlekoday. He is also survived by many loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Warren and Barbara Adams to the American International School in Vienna.
