He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law David Axelson (Dave). He is survived by: his wife Linda Kelsey of Naples, FL; his sister Ann Kelsey Axelson of La Habra, CA; his children, Kathy Kelsey, Suzanne Inge, Patricia Kelsey Bishop and Bill Kelsey (Jacqui); and his stepdaughter Tammy Dixon (Matt). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 niece and 2 nephews.
