With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William E. Gottschalk of Naples, Florida, born in Fulton, Indiana, who passed away on November 5, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Gottschalk and Helen Gottschalk (Shuman); and his sister Mary Ruth Keim. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Gottschalk (Klinefelter); his daughters, Sherri Mosier (Randy Harrison) of Kokomo, IN and Lisa Gottschalk Hoey (William) of Chesapeake, VA; his stepdaughters, Jane Musarra of Indianapolis, IN, Laura Cochran (Jeff) of Olive Branch, MS and Melissa Grube of Indianapolis, IN; and his siblings, Robert Gottschalk of Rochester, IN, James Gottschalk of Fort Myers, FL and Phyllis Bird of Logansport, IN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
In recognition of Bill's commitment to St. Jude's the family requests memorial contributions be made in his honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
