He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William A. Garrett, Sr. and Mary G. Broadnax; his sisters, Georgia and Martha; his wife Sandy; and his children, Beth (Brad) of Naples, FL, Bill (Patience) of Raleigh, NC and Matt (Christine) of Sedalia, CO.. He was also cherished by five grandsons, five granddaughters and two great grandchildren.
