He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alton Smith and Cora Lee Smith (Sterling); his children, Chris, Coleen Hyldburg of Bourne, MA., Sue Levy of Metuchen, N. J., Jocelyn LeBarnes of Buena Vista, GA and Anneliese Dietrick; and his siblings, Clarence, Charles and Clara Nell of Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Frasier of Westford, MA; his children, Mary Jude Smith (David O. Bailey) of Honolulu, Coleman Smith (Jane) of Bloomfield, CT, Angela Smith of Irmo, S. C., Michael Smith of Cornelius, N. C., Kevin Smith (Linda) of Canton, CT, John Smith-Horn (Lisa) of Ellington, CT and Loretta Worsham (Hodge) of Oakmont, PA; and his sister Della Vee of Montgomery. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
